Letter of Intent Question

Hello everyone...

I'm Malin and me and my fiance just joined the site and so far we love it; there's so much information and so much helpful people here. We are very grateful to have found this site.

I have a very silly question about the letter of intent; I found a great model connected to this website but I am not quite sure what one

things means--I would like to make sure everything is as it should be. If someone could just help me out with this I would be very grateful.

it is the filing location I'm not quite sure of--is it the closest office or the town we will be living in?
