Congratulations :)

Keep calm folks. This is another that had contacted his congressman. Still maybe too early to get excited for the July onwards filers (me included!)

I too contacted my congressman for help, they said they have put in a congressional inquriy about 20 days ago. Based on what I see here it shouldn't have taken this long to get back to me with an answer, so I emailed the aide again lets see what the reply is. But for my relationship's sake I hope I get some movement soon on my petition. My fiancee has just been diagnosed with severe depression, kind of makes me feel like doo doo when I can't help her and she is all alone back there.

May 2010: Met Marcelo in Brazil.
August 2011: Revisited Marcelo in Brazil. Started dating =).
May 2012-August 2012: Another extended trip to Brazil to stay with Marcelo and his family.
October 25 2012: Sent I129F Petition.
October 31 2012: Received NOA1.
April 23, 2013: Received NOA2
June 11, 2013: K1 Visa Approved!!!!

Congratulations! Quick question, when you say that you contacted your congressman, did they actually get back to you? Did you ever hear back from them? I've emailed my congressman a month and a half ago and all i got back from him was their stupid newsletter :angry:

Jan 31st 2013 - Filed I-129F
Feb 06th 2013 - NOA1( 4 days after USCIS received)

May 24th 2013 - NOA2 (3 months 2 weeks 4 days)

Jun 07th 2013 - NVC Received (14 days after NOA2)

Jun 10th 2013 - Got Number (RDJ) ( 17 days after NOA2)

Jun 11th 2013 - NVC Left ( 1 day after get number)

Jun 13th 2013 - Consulate Received (3 days after RDJ)

Jun 17th 2013 - Got email from Embassy ( 4 days after Consul received)

Aug 13th 2013 - Interview (60 days after Consul received)
