Couple questions over G-325a and I-129a

G-325a question:

My family name. My mother remarried when I was younger and is still with the same man, who I consider my father, but he's not my biological father. Do I put him or my biological father in the place for Father?

File Number A This is an Alien #, right? Most likely put None?

Regarding address, if you're not entirely sure where you stayed and for how long, what should you do? I stayed at a few places years back but for only a few months (these places don't even show up on my credit report). I'm also not sure about the dates. Are these REALLY looked into? I want to be safe.

I-129A question:

State/Country: Is MO/USA (Missouri/USA) and BC/CA (British Columbia/Canada) acceptable?

Question 10: There are multiple boxes for Q10 and I'm not exactly sure what applies to me and what doesn't. I was born in the US.

For the Arrival/Departure Number (I-94), I don't know what this is. There are multiple spaces for obvious numbers. Do I leave this blank?

And question 20, I'm just not understanding what I should fill in there. Is this where the interview will be?

I know these are really silly questions, but I'm going to just make sure I'm doing everything right the first time. Thank you. :)

G-325a question:

You would list your biological father

File Number A This is an Alien #, right? Most likely put None?

I wrote "none"

Regarding address, if you're not entirely sure where you stayed and for how long, what should you do? Im not sure

I-129A question:

State/Country: Is MO/USA (Missouri/USA) and BC/CA (British Columbia/Canada) acceptable?

I used abbreviations, so I hope it's ok

Question 10: There are multiple boxes for Q10 and I'm not exactly sure what applies to me and what doesn't. I was born in the US.

I checked the first box, "birth in the US" and left the rest of the question blank

For the Arrival/Departure Number (I-94), I don't know what this is. There are multiple spaces for obvious numbers. Do I leave this blank?

Im not sure. I think this only applies if they are currently in the US

And question 20, I'm just not understanding what I should fill in there. Is this where the interview will be?

yes, it's the closest one for your fiancée.

I know these are really silly questions, but I'm going to just make sure I'm doing everything right the first time. Thank you. :)

That's just my two cents. Hopefully someone else can chime in and fill in the blanks. And no question is too silly. Best to ask and do it right the first time :)
