hi VJ members

i am in a big state of confusion, hope someone will help me out... my grandfather filled pitition for my father catagory f3b, priority date is nov 2002. all the documentation ds-230 , affidivit of support everything done basically got a file completed email 1 month back.. but my question is my younger brother who is againg out recently on may 12 2013 he will be turining 21, is he concider under the CSPA act , i email NVC but they say they can not help me becuase my case didnt get the visa number, i have to wait for my cutt off date, my question is there any way i can find out that my brother is still considering for immigration visa and he will be comming with my parents or not.

any help will be appreciated.

When was the petition approved (exact date) ? And the exact priority date ?

Pd date: 11/27/2002

Approval date : 08/20/2009

Bulliten date : 08/08/2002

My elder brother chq if he is also eligible for visa ..

Dob: 07/06/1985

Pd date: 11/27/2002

Approval date : 08/20/2009

Bulliten date : 08/08/2002

Based on your data the derivative whose age at the time the visa is granted is less than 27 yrs and 9 months old may qualify for CSPA.
