If you check igors list you will see that there are still some July and August filers with RFEs that have not yet received a NOA2.

It has been over a month, you could always call and see what they say. I was just more thinking in terms that you are probably still within what is considered normal response time, so no need to worry yet...

Posting again, still waiting since they recieved it march 5th. my no1 was aug 13! Anyone else have updates with simliar dates??

Did you submit a lot of new evidence? Did you put the blue sheet on top of everything you sent? I don't have an answer for you, but I hope you will hear from them soon!

Yep. Rcvd NOA1 on 8-16-2012, USCIS rcvd RFE (for correct size passport photos of one of us) on 3-8-2013. Still waiting. I was able to submit an e-request after 30 days, but only received an email response telling me to wait 30 more days to contact them again.
