Hello my fellow VJ users. Nothing makes me more happy then see average of 7 K1 approves a day in CSC. I know they have kind of skipped over the July - Oct but at least they are moving forward.

We are hoping to have our NOA2 sooner... :) They also need to work with the July-Oct applications faster. There are so many left behind for that months. We have the same intentions here and that is to be with our loved ones but it is so unfair for them that they were left behind. :(

It has been about 6 months since there has been that many approvals here on VJ, so it is great to see. In fact the last 2 days had more NOA2 approvals than the entire month of December. Of course not much consolation for those stuck in the July-Oct black hole. Hopefully the number of approvals will continue and those from July-Oct won't be forgotten.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

I'm really glad they are back up, but they really should get their act together for the earlier filers. I'm Sept, but there are people waiting from July! I'm sure they would like to get on with their life.

indeed we would! i do hope they stop kidding themselves by boosting up their time scores by only doing more recent aplications and actually get back to working on july-october cases and the few junes still left. Our file was approved last week for an expedite, they told us within the next two weeks we should be getting our noa2, but seeing how things are going i wont be holding my breath.

At the follow link is a petition at the White House about CSC sign it and maybe the president will do something for US citizens and not just criminals.

I want to start one for VSC. They lied about how far behind they are on all their reports. Sign the petition

The 'criminals' that they are doing something for? They were kids who were brought to the country without any idea they were doing anything illegal. They don't have a home in their country of origin, and they don't necessarily know the language and culture there very well.

I understand how important the K-1 visa processing is, especially to people who wait, but let's be nice to the people who have to struggle with being illegal in a helpless situation, too. There's no reason both types of petitions can't be adjudicated faster.

I don't mean to seem heartless or anything, but they have a pretty crappy situation, too, and it doesn't really help them if they are just hated as 'illegals' and 'freeloaders' and whatnot. They are no different from you and I.

One you should read the bill. They are not kids and even if they did not know their parents knew. Illegal once meant something. Even now the news feels sorry for rapists but does not care for the victim. Most illegals are hard works but it does not mean they are entitled to anything here. They broke the law.

The US needs to shut the back door and stop illegals entering, get government workers to work and to stop submitting false reports about how far behind they are. And if you think by adding 12 million illegals to the system will not make you wait 100 +% more and the services center slow then snail your crazy. I waiting over 8 months for a K-1and there are many more like me. I do not want to wait 16 or 24 months will illegals roam this country enjoying the US will we have to use Skype and visit for a 4 weeks a year.
