I guess it will all come out at the trial. This TM/GZ thing just goes around in circles.

It shouldn't take a trial, it should be public knowledge, but his story has changed so much, it's hard to get a straight answer out of him:

His dad says he didn't follow him home: "That’s the question that’s being asked now that more information on Trayvon Martin’s 28-year-old killer is being revealed. Robert Zimmerman, a former Orange County magistrate judge, recently wrote a letter to The Orlando Sentinel defending his son, who’s been dragged through the mud for shooting the unarmed 17-year-old last month. In the letter, the senior Zimmerman asks people not to jump to conclusions and insists that his son didn’t follow the young boy home as he walked through their gated community." But we know from the tapes he did.

He said during trial he thought Trayvon was an adult, even through on the tape he clearly said he was in his late teens.

He said that Travyon walked up behind him and attacked him, when did this take place, before or after he spent 5 minutes chasing him?

Here is the bottom line, if TM just jumped GZ and it was self defense, you wouldn't hear a peep out of me or the black community. But the simple fact that this man called the cops on this teenager walking home, and then chased after him for no reason, now you have a dead teenager and a man with bruises swearing he was defending himself from an altercation that he went out of his way to initiate.

You keep saying all this as if it's a fact. That's why we have trials in this country. Look at the first photos of GZ. No big deal. The second photos that came out looked like he got the sh!t kicked out of him.

I saw that he got his butt whooped, but in the tape you can hear it clear as day he was running after TM. That's clear. Now if there was a call from him while he was getting beat up, and he was trying to get away, different story. But when that call came you hear someone screaming, doesn't sound like a grown man, more like a kid, but that's neither here or there. My point is that altercation could have been avoided if he just stayed in his car and let the police do their job, TM's death is because he tried to play cop and got into a situation he wasn't trained to handle.

I'm pointing out how folks keep forgetting that. Everyone says that TM was a thug who got what he deserved, not a single person has said, but GZ had a provlem with domestic violence and he had run ins with the law, maybe he overreacted? All effort has been made to paint TM as the bad guy who assaulted GZ without provocation, yet no one can explain why GZ got out of the car and pursued a guy who was walking around looking about.

Everyone says tm was a thug. And no one is addressing gz past. Man you really are not paying attention.

I'm guessing some of the more unstable folks would've done the same thing. Black teenagers are scary.

Sadly where I live they account for about 90% of the Volans crime. So at least here. Yes they are

It should not take a trial. Why do you propose. Lynching for gz. What do you want to happen no trail

So tell me why you have no problem attributing TM's past actions to his beating of GZ? "I believe that a kid that has been suspended from school 3 different times, and has a history of drug use is much more likely to have instigated some situation than a straight A honor student. Does not mean it is an absolute but a indicator. his character absolutely makes a difference."

So you think a kid who's been suspended from school, smoked weed and did graffiti, is more likely to instigate a confrontation(mind you this kid was walking home) than a guy who has committed violence against a woman, and got into a shoving match with a police officer(you know the guy who followed the kid)?

You know what i want, I want you to get a spell checker

In all honesty, I just want justice to be done. If TM was guilty and GZ was defending himself, then so be it. But I find that hard to believe with all of the facts on the table. No one can explain, not even GZ why he got out of the car to chase that boy down. No one knows who was screaming in the tape.

Edit; Everyone who says innocent until proven guilty and we should wait for the trial, why was Trayvon presumed guilty? What about his rights? Didn't he have a right for the cops to prove his innocence?

No Marvin I don't. I have said to the point of fatigue I think gz past is also important and that he acted carelessly. Truth is that is was probably the perfect storm. Cop wanna be meets rebellious punk.

The only point I keep trying to make to you is that tm. Was not just an innocent little kid gunned down in cold blood just for being black.

No one is truly innocent, my friend, doesn't mean we all do get the same rights. I am done as well, Su says stop crusading and rub her feet

How about GZ gets the same quality trial he afforded his victim?

So your ok with lynchings in America.. How very progressive of you.

No, I am not. GZ appears to be a big fan of it, though. Which is why he ought be sent up the river for the rest of his life.

Should he get a trial first maybe ?
