So take all the race and clothes and all this out of it. Some guy follows me. I turn around kick the living $hit out of him, he puts a bullet in me, and I'm the dead victim? Is that how this works?

How WOULD you react? Imagine you were walking down a rainy street, at night, and someone follows you. First in their car, then on foot. And they demand to know why you're on the street, who you are, what you're doing. They do not identify themselves. You keep walking, trying to avoid the situation, and they continue to follow you. You're unarmed. What DO you do?

You do not know who pushed or shoved whom first. We do know that TM was not concerned about GZ until GZ started stalking him - against the advice of the police that was already on the way.

The rule is, if somebody is behind you, you get to beat them up.

Unless you're a scrawny guy like me who can't fight. We just run away whenever we see anybody.

if gz had the living $hit beat out of him, he sure heals well. and fast.

it should speak volumes to you that in your scenario you minimize gz's actions, while bloating tm's.

I really think Trayvon spoke to Zimmerman first. Not that it matters, people should be able to talk to each other. But that's just the way I remember reading it. A loooong time ago.

Yes it does speak volumes. I'm doing the exact opposite of what you are doing. You are minimizing TV's actions while bloating GZ's. Neither of us has the facts. Isn't the internet fun?

You're making a lot of assumptions here. How do you know TM turned around and started pounding GZ? The altercation could have started differently and TM could have been the one that was jumped. You don't know what exactly happened there. You're making assumptions in favor of the man that killed a teen. Why?

He asked why he was being followed. A logical question, I'd think.
