How long will take this process for Immediate relative of US citizen

Hi vj good day

I file form I-130 last December 13 2012 then received the NOA1 on Dec 17-2012 indicated that my application with the amount has been received by their office it says is in processed. there is a priority date indicate on the letter and now has been four(4) months since was filed hasn't received any letter of NOA2.. btw I have that MSC# any one can guess or share your ideas.. gladly appreciated thanks
