DFC Argentina?

I have been living in Argentina as a "permitourist" for almost 3 years now. I do not have any official status as I have just stayed here as a tourist, leaving every 3 months to reset my visa. Do I have any chance of qualifying as having residence here for the purposes of DCF? I can produce my old rental agreement from my vacation rental people showing I had a place, I can also show my wife's lease and my passport with all the entrance and exit stamps for the past 5 years I have been coming here. I can also get plenty of affidavits from people (locals and Americans) that say I have lived here for years. Is it even possible to go this route?

Also, I have read on here that if you file outside the country and have a foreign address your application goes much faster anyways. Is it better to just file this way since we have an apartment here in BA? If it is faster, does anyone know how long it might take if you file from abroad like us?

It's entirely irrelevant if you qualify or not as Argentina does not have USCIS International office so DCF is not possible from there...

Good to know...so now on to my other question: Will the processing time go faster because we have an Argentine address? If so, how long (approx.) at this point will that take? Is there anything else special I should know that could get this done quicker?

It may, but you need to read other topics if still happens (faster processing for overseas address). Not up to date on this...

Just make sure you have domicile and affidavit of support issue figured out...
