Today USCIS updated that the I-130 withdrawn and I-485 denial. It takes 2 weeks instead of 30 days for the USCIS to update on their computer system. The beneficiary got the Employment card. Anyone knows whether with the employment card he can get his sosial number and driving license? Do they have a computer link system where sosial and the DMV dept. know that the employment card is no longer valid?

They'll run it through validation and it will fail.

Yes, there is the SAVE, eVerify, I-9 Central, and Self Check systems. The Social Security Administration WILL check to determine if his employment authorization is still valid. The DMV might not. It depends on the state.

Ya, when he shows up at the SSA office to apply for SSN, EAD in hand,

a clerk will perform a lookup in SAVE db.

Since he's 'new' in the system, he can't be automatically verified so a manual verifiction request is sent on to DHS.

DHS will see the withdrawn I-864 and the closed I-130 and the denied I-485 and deny his basis for obtaining a SSN back to that SSA office. Should take about 6 weeks, IIRC.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yeah.... Intercepted the card.

Yeah.... Intercepted the card!!

Can you explain. Was the card sent and the petitioner has it? Or was the card never sent?

The card sent to the original address and the petitioner got it. Will be sending it back to the USCIS.

That's exactly the right thing to do. Return to sender, no longer at this address. Once they get it back they'll check, see it was withdrawn/cancelled and that should be it.

Remember to NEVER be alone with the spouse. Ever ever.

She hasn't move out yet and it seems the spouse don't know that it was withdrawn. Hopefully she find a place soon to move out. Can ask for a police restrain after moving out when there were no harm to her yet?

It is not uncommon for the immigrant spouse to make false claims of abuse. I suggest the spouse move out asap or file for divorce ASAP, have that person served with the divorce papers AND a restraining order at the same time (if possible in your state).

In some states the fear of violence is enough to get a temporary restraining order. But it will be difficult to get a permanent one issued without evidence as to why. You are asking to remove someone's right on where they can be based on the restraining order.
