Well, this is my brother's case. He sent his biometrics back in Sep 2005, but he was never given a date for fingerprints. He has the interview in March 24 and we're worried about it.

Should he make an INFOPASS Appt? to see if he can get scheduled

or can they just take his fingerprints on that day?

Any thoughts

My wife's AOS interview was scheduled for Feb 17th and biometrics for Feb 28th; the intervieweing officer ordered the biometrics for the same day and we are all done. When I made the infopass appointment, earlier - they told me they can't order biometrics!

So, you can try and see what happens with infopass and then ask the interviewing officer to order it if infopass fails. We went through Denver, so maybe you can have better luck elsewhere. Good Luck

July 7 Received Passport in 3 weeks

Shredded all immigration papers Have scanned images
