Hello VJ's, Just wanna ask , how long will it take for me to get my Visa after the Interview?? it's a spouse visa.

I think most people are saying up to 7-10business(normal) days depending on location and whether you are having delivered to your door or picking up at a location. I have seen some people say as soon as 3 days doing the MOA 2Go location, while some people were at 10 days still "out for delivery". Our Interview was today(havent heard from the wife about the result yet), so I cant give you personal experience, just what I see others reporting.

That's a great question ! have you studied timelines in the PI portal, or studied the PI forum for the reports ?

Ours was approved 4/3 and after the weekend and Tuesday holiday on the 9th, ready at 2GO MOA on 4/10. (Received text and phone call).

We picked it up at MOA on 4/11, went to CFO for CFO sticker, then Airport. Then arrived home, same day.

for me, it took only 3 working days, i received my visa and the packet.

" What will happen if i wouldn't be able to pay the $165 imigrant fee upon entering the USA,?"

My flight us on Thursday,and we haven't pay it. Will i be able to enter the US, without paying that yet?

Failure to Pay

You will not receive a green card until the required USCIS Immigrant fee is paid.

Failure to pay does not affect your lawful status. You will have your passport stamped showing your lawful admission and permanent resident status. This stamp is valid for one year but it is strongly advised that you pay the immigrant fee as soon as possible to avoid delays in receiving your Permanent Resident Card.

You still have time to pay for it though. Less hassle than having to worry about it when you arrive or after POE.
