"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

It's a fake listing :D All PS3's are on ebay for around $2,000, funny that this one would go for 7 times as much. But I would not mind making the $13,400 profit.

Most are going for $2000 to $3000. Still too much.

I'm wary of the PS3. The controller is lacks a "rumble" function, it uses Blu-Ray, and it's incompatible with over 200 PS2 discs. Granted, the latter isn't that bad, considering there are over 8,000 PS2 games available (and probably more everyday), but the PS3 was touted as having 100% backwards compatibility with all PS1 and PS2 games. That was a mistake, of course, as even the PS2 didn't have complete backwards compatibility with PS1 games.

Anyway...I there are two versions of the PS3 (the better 60GB Wi-Fi version is the one to get!), but I may wait a good while before even considering to purchase one. They're expensive ($600 USD before tax) and I'd like to see Sony work some of the kinks out of their product first. The first batch is always a little iffy. ;)

I'm an online PC gamer (Battlefield 2142 etc..) which blows away XBOX 360 and PS3 combined.

How is Battlefield 2142 anyway? I have all the other games in the series. I was wondering if it's worth purchasing.

Jordan wants a Nintendo Wii. I'm glad of that. I'd never pay $600 for a "gaming console". Ever.

Sian has already "pre-ordered" (I won't go off on my rant about ordering before you order...) a Wii for him for Xmas.

I'll stick with Spider Solitaire, thanks. lol

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.
