They should do their job correctly instead of approving the nov/dec and work on the ones who have been waiting for 9 months!

You should stay away from the progress reports forum if you're unable to deal with someone else being approved before you. The OP did not make someone adjudicate their petition first. They aren't the enemy. Channel your anger somewhere else. If you can't do that, then don't say anything at all.

Then that would be a huge disappointment to your fiance surely? I am stuck waiting too but I would rather wait and be with him eventually than end everything and lose him. The money side of things doesn't come into it. I love him and if I had to walk the 6000 miles to be with him, I would.

Yes it's frustrating to see CSC approving Nov/Dec filers but it is not there fault. I wish them all the best in the world. Yes I am mad but I am mad at the system, mad at CSC and I wish I could do more to help all of us in the black hole but one thing is for sure, I WILL NOT GIVE UP!

No i did not. I was not expecting anything until mid august. I know there was one her who was mad beause we r approved but am sorry its not my fault to be approved. I didnt call the senator nor the congressman not expedite.

Hershey888 we know it's not your fault. The system at California is currently not working as it should be. November and December filers are lucky just now while California works on getting it's average processing times reduced. Soon they will move back to processing the dates they should be doing which is July onwards.

I'm not happy with any situation. Nobody's denying your right to be angry. But it's pretty rude to go into someone else's celebratory post and host a pity-party for yourself and complain about the process.

You have NO idea how much I already wasted and how much I'M GONNA waste!!

I should have been approved by February, someone ( a German in the same situation than me lost her job), and now I'm in here waiting for something that might not even come and well I won't tell about my life anyway! I'm not 20 anymore to put up with ####### like this from any Bureau or Center.

From a black hole filer, congratulations on your unexpected NOA2 and good luck with the next step! Louis&mumu, as someone who sent his petition in a month later than you did, I understand your frustration (well, almost, give it another month and I definitely will). And I've felt the anger and frustation as much as anyone over the fact that many of us in that dreaded black hole seem to have been skipped over (ask my fiance, I went on a huge rant about a week ago). And while it definitely has stung to read one Nov and Dec NOA2 after another this last week, I would never try to deliberately rain on someone's joy over that crucial moment in this step. The best thing is to start your own post and let those others have their moments. And please please, do not cancel your petition. The only one that wins in that instance is CSC, they just got a free $340 from you, plus another $340 if you refile. You said you didn't want to waste anymore money, do you really want the target of your anger to get away with one dollar of your precious money? And I for one have no intention of letting CSC get away with a free $340, especially since they're already playing games enough as it is. And your fiance will be the biggest loser of all in that situation. Direct your anger in the right direction, burn up USCIS lines as well as your representatives lines and tell them exactly what you told us, no matter how many customer service reps hang up on you. The more pressure on CSC, the better!
