10 year Permanent Resident Card got stolen

My Permanent Resident Card got stolen with all my document, including social and DV cards. also, I am in divorce proceedings right now. Will this affect the issuance of a new 10 year Permanent Resident Card for me?! also, what's is the filling procedure for this, thanks.

Report it stolen to the police if you have not already. Include a copy of the police report with your filing.

Forgot to add - you would file the I-90 form found on the USCIS website.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Forgot to add - you would file the I-90 form found on the USCIS website.

thanks for the prompt post. I already have the police report, but am I going to have any problem getting a re-issuance of my old PRC?

You shouldn't have issues but I cant really predict that, it is USCIS after all lol.
