Adding Fiances Son to K1 Petition

I am need of some guidance to add my fiances newborn son to are fiance visa petition. Is it as simple as adding him on the paperwork that my fiance will take to the embassy?, thanks in advance.

Need a little more information.

Are you a USC, and are you the baby's father?

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

If you are the father the child will not get a visa if you can pass your USC to him. If you are not the father your fiancee will have a lot of explaining to do at the interview

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

No i am not his father, I have spoke to a immigration lawyer briefly about it and she said it should not be a problem but she charges a lot to do the paperwork and yes i am a USC.
