I send my AOS papers last February 15, 2013 have my Biometric march 22 and every time I check my case in USCIS website it's always say "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283." and my husband called it's the same status my case can not be found..Any one experience like this..please need your comments and input about this..I really appreciate all your reply...God Bless Always

Did he speak to a supervisor or just the person who answered the phone? The people who answer the phone only have the same access as you do to your case. You would need to speak with a supervisor.

Same here; no case status visible since we have sent it off (March 06). It seems like it happens a lot that MSC-cases don't show up online. They seem to be notorious for not updating their cases online. All we can do is wait for physical mail.

It's nothing to worry about. The online system is not connected directly to the real system and is prone to error. It's common and it doesn't mean anything is wrong.

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
