I don't see a whole lot of K1 "touches" or "NOA2s" this week...maybe it's slowing now for the Holidays. Bummer.

9-21-06: express I-129F to CSC

9-22-06: signed for at CSC

9-25-06: check cashed

9-26-06 NOA1

9-26-06: Touched

9-30-06: NOA1 received

12-14-06: Touched

12-14-06: NOA2 (said approved and mailed on December 13, 2006)

12-16-06: Received hard copy of NOA2 via snail mail

12-25-06: NVC receives petition approval

12-27-06: Forwarded to Embassy

01-06-07 Called Embassy and received interview date of January 19, 2007.

01-19-07 Visa approved (I flew down for interview)

01-23-07 Flew back to Las Vegas

01-27-07 Married

04-12-07 Overnighted AOS

I've been thinking the same thing ... so much excitement when there is news of movement....

Met in Cleveland 07/07/05 ... Fireworks!!!

Emails and phone calls until first visit back September '05

Many trips to Cleveland and overnight stays in New York

Engaged 05/07/06

07/18/07 - Interview yeeehaaa .. approved

07/26/07 - received Visa from Montreal (should have received 07/24)

07/26/07 - POE Buffalo, NY (Peace Bridge) .. No EAD stamp

07/27/07 - Beautiful marriage .. now you may call me Mrs. :)

07/28/07 - Filed AOS,EAD, and AP for me and AOS and AP for my son via UPS .. received 08/01

08/16/07 - applied for ssn

09/03/07 - received ssn card

11/07/07 - AP approved and received 11/12/07 :)

11/19/07- EAD approved online and received same day (actual approval 11/07/07) :)

12/27/07 - AOS transferred to CSC

02/26/08 - 485's approved without interview

01/14/09 - Sent I-751 - removal of conditions

02/23/10 - Biometrics

03/17/10 - Removal of conditions approved .. card production ordered

We got touched pn the 15th and 16th, nothing today though and no RFEs. Probably the guy who spilled coffee on it on the 15th putting it back in the pile after it dried on the 16th :P

Actually, now he will give you an RFE because he can't read the documentation through the coffee stains. :huh:

Try and cheer up for the holidays people. Think of next Thanskgiving and Christmas when all of us will have our wife/husband at our sides.
