Question on i864

quick question please.

my co sponsor is working for a recruiter and earns about 50 dollars per hr. thats like 8k per month before tax and 6500k after tax monthly. that is 96k per annum before tax and a net wage or take home of 78000k.

he has only been employed for 11months so his 2012 w2 and tax only shows an income of 50k but this does not reflect what he earns in a year this is because she only worked for 6 and half months last, am so confused and would need your help on what to fill in i864 question 23, question 24a and question 24c.
