Hi VJ friends

I have a question for one of my friend RE: I-751. his interview was on june 2010 but his GC was approved

on august 2011 .

and at the same day when he was approved he changed his apt.

so my questions are that if

1. at I-751 at 9. have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident? (if yes " attach a list of all addresses and dates).

Since when he got his green card he lives at the same address...but when his interview was scheduled..that was his previous address... (so what should he need to do RE. addreess stuff)

Do he need to put No or YES at that field?

Thanks

He should have informed them within 10 days after the address change. And yes he did change address and he needs to list the new one, unless he informed them and changed the address before he got his greencard. Did the greencard come at the NEW address ? If yes, then the answer on the form is NO. If the greencard arrived at the old address then the answer on the form isYES.

Thanks for your Reply Mariana

Yes, he did change his address by filing AR-11 form. and GC came on his previous address but because he was not living there at that time so he just went to post office and request for mail hold. and then later on after a week of approval he went to post offic eand pick up his GC.

Thanks again for your Reply.
