August 6 th csc still nothing on noa2;(

Also, August 6 NOA1. Have heard nothing!!!

- We used to call USCIS every week but for the past four months we get the same answer: "we are still processing the July 18, 2012..."

- I also met with my congressperson and have yet to hear back after 3 weeks!

- Wrote to the Ombudsman several times (cisombudsman@dhs.gov) and got no real response.

- We also signed the White House petition: https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/expedite-processing-i129f-petitions-meet-current-government-processing-goals-5-months/rp6yP4Jw

Now we are just waiting....nothing else to do?

Trust in the Lord with all your heart

and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.

My NOA1 (08/20/2012)...

Anyone here has a NOA1 from July or August, 2012 and still continue waiting for NOA2?

My NOA1 was 8-21-12 and still waiting for my NOA2. So sad and hearing of others later getting theirs is a bit daunting. USCIS is in need of some order.

Definitely still here. Late August filers, early September NOA1 holders. This has been an emotional rollercoaster. So weary... We are more hopeful though; at least CSC is adjudicating petitions at a faster rate. This won't/can't take much longer. Let's not lose our minds, guys. Keep strong.

Yes! Ours is August 30th and still no word. I miss my fiance so much! It's also so sad every time my family and friends ask me for updates because I never have anything to say. I know we will all hear soon & it's nice to know we aren't alone in this process. I posted the link to the petition on my facebook & some of my friends have signed it too! Spread the word so we get enough signatures! https://petitions.wh...months/rp6yP4Jw

August 20th filer here. I know you've all heard this before, but you need to contact your senator and/or congressman. When I filed a request they all eventually contacted me (the senators faster than the congressman). I worked closely with the senator's office who got back to me the fastest for a few weeks. We finally handed in an expedite request this morning. Sometime in the afternoon my senator's office emailed me back saying that my application had been approved! I thought that she had made a mistake and meant that my expedite request got approved, but when I checked the USCIS website just now the status for my case had moved from "initial review" to post-decision activity. It said that they had mailed something today, so I won't update my timeline until I get their package in the mail. All I can say is don't sit by (and I know many of you aren't), get into contact with your elected officials. In the meantime, my prayers are with all of you.
