Hello and good day to all. I'm a beneficiary and my fiance filed I-129F to TSC on October 15, 2012. He received NOA1 on October 18, 2012 from CSC stated that the got my petition on October 16, 2012. Me and my fiance are confuse and pissed about the very slow processing....it's already 177 days since my fiance got the NOA1 until we still waiting and hoping to have the NOA2 this month.

This morning i checked the processing time and CSC processed October 11, 2012 but now they processed October 22, 2012.

Anyone can help me and answer all my questions below? :help::help::help:

1. What does this mean?

2. How about our petition that they received on October 16, 2012

Step 2: I-129F Processing Time at Service Centers --> I-129F NOA1 to NOA2 (Approval) Time

------ I-129F NOA1 to NOA2 CSC for K1 Visas

I-129F's with NOA1 Date of roughly 175 days ago October 22, 2012 are being processed.

------ I-129F NOA1 to NOA2 for K1 Visas

I-129F's with NOA1 Date of roughly 167 days ago October 30, 2012 are being processed.

3. Why is it the Processing Estimates/Stats in my Visa Timeline gone? The last time i checked it says that my petition adjudicated between March 31, 2013 and May 1, 2013.

4. Is it good if my fiance will call to USCIS?

5. What should my fiance need to do?

I keep faith and pray to GOd and Mama Mary for our NOA2 ASAP. I will appreciate for all your answers and help.

God bless to all of us here always.

Hello! Where did you see that they are processing October? Until yesterday CSC was on July 18th!

I can answer #3 : It's not a valid timeline. It's comparing data with the data given by the users so it's not 100% accurate. Mine used to be October 2012!! Now I'm still waiting for NOA2 and there where periods that I don't have an estimated timeline at all.

#4. If you are outside the proceeding times then go ahead and call although they won't help you at all. We called about 3 times.

#5. you could write to a senator but remember that the majority of people that filed July and August like me, haven't got their NOA2 so you can prepare and start gathering documents and wait wait :(

It's December 2012 that the timeline was around October something. It's inaccurate, if you checked the past few days there are nov- dec approved.

I'm an October 12 filer but still waiting, don't worry there's still a lot of July-September filers that are still wAiting. Definitely you can call uscis but I doubt if they will give you another answer other than you have to wait more since they're processing July 18, 2012 (which is since December 31,2012) good luck :)

You will likely get a processing time in your Visa Timeline if you put in the correct Service Center. The Texas Service Center DOES NOT adjudicate I-129F petitions. To correct that, place either Vermont Service Center (EAC) or California Service Center (WAC) in your timeline. The prefix on your NOA1 receipt will tell you which service center has your petition.

BTW: Due to the DACA tsunami of visa applications, most regular USCIS petition/application processing is currently at near standstill. Very sad, but true!! Read the forum to hear all of the unhappiness..

Good luck.
