What did you guys sent together with your I-751 documents, A copy of your joint tax returns or tax transcripts from the IRS? Did you get any RFE when you sent only the joint tax returns which is the 1040 right? Thanks!

You are required to send the W2 with the tax return and ALL pages of the tax return including any extra forms.

Generally people get the IRS tax transcript because when you have that you do not need anything else but that. It is also much easier for the IO to go through than all your tax papers.

We sent both transcripts and full taxes.

Sent transcripts for 2 years we've been married and that's it.

Transcript so it was just 3 pages for each year.. So much easier!

Transcript of the 3 years joint tax filled together you can easily pick it up at your local IRS office or call the 1800 number to have them fax to you right on the spot.
