I was wondering if anyone has travel with their current passport, expired green card and I-797 Notification of Action while on the process of Removing Conditions. My best friend wants to travel to Philippines for a reunion, but she is afraid that the immigration officer at the airport in Manila might give her a problem. She is married to an active-duty member. Has anybody travel to Philippines with the same issue? Please help.

In Europe this would be a very little issue or no problem at all, but I am just not sure if the Philippines is the same way.

I would like to know if they will allow her to come back in the USA without any issues/delays? Perhaps anyone who has recently left the United States with the same situation can help me out.

If you are really worried about this you could schedule an infopass appointment and get a stamp in your passport indicating the 1 year extension.

I just Travel to Spain and no problem coming back, i was worried too but it was easy breeze... left with my one year extension, passport and thats it
