God's not doing anything to the visa process. The USCIS is responsible for the visa process. We just rely on God to help us through the hard times during the process.

Think what you want about whether God exists or not, but can we at least be mature enough and respect the fact that some do?

Nice prayer :)

People that don't believe can leave the thread.... why come here just to disrespect others?

As I have said numerous times before I don't disrespect anyone because they are religious. If I disrespect anyone it is (mainly) due to their attitude. Each to his own on the religious front. My comment was said in jest. Hence the wink.

Why people don't have any sense of humour when it comes to religion I'll never know. *sighs*

Belief in God is usually sacred to a person...I know it is for me....and when someone just mocks your beliefs, it's quite offensive, even in jest. Especially when people 'gang up' with no other purpose than to poke fun or condescend on a matter which the believer holds to be sacred. That might not be the intention, but imo that's the way it looks sometimes.

I guess so. Because I feel confident in myself and what I believe in I know that if someone made a joke I wouldn't be offended by it. But then, some people are more offended by stuff than others. That's life.

But Mags, do you not see that even now you're insinuating that anyone upset has confidence issues? Cos that's what I'm readin here.

You know what? I admire this poster. Thanks for the consideration.

I need this woman in my life. I did not choose where she came from, but I know she is the one with whom I want to spend my life and foreverafter, if there is such a place. I hope for an after-life, just so I can continue to love and be loved by this perfect companion.

Being that this is a forum where we interact with people from all over the world, INCLUDING our prospective spouses, it is sickening to observe religious adversity to a well-wishing prayer. That is a cheap shot, even if responders are an atheist. Go jump off a bridge. Better yet, rent "Hotel Rwanda."

I am not religious, but there is something to be said for a person who is willing to do for others, regardless of who they are or where they came from. Love is love.

If I say, may some deity bless you, you other morons should be @#$%ing honored that someone, not of your obscure mindset, is even thinking about you.
