inorder to become a citizenship what documents should be require and i am divorcee

The most important other than the N-400 form and fee is a copy of the front and back of the GC to show how long you have been a LPR and that it has been 5 years. Then you need to show documentation of all trips outside the US to prove you meet the physical presence and the residency requirement. For a LPR becoming a USC based on 5 years is much easier than a LPR married to a USC and becoming a USC based on the 3 year rule. You might want to have a look at the USCIS website under N-400.

Good luck,

Dave

I gotta ask you ask you a question penguin. I had tickets in the past I will give you the dates later, do I have to answer the question about citations with yes or no? I will file in September but I just want to make sure I get the right answer from now lol.

The dates are 2008, 2009 and 2010, the ones in 2008 and 2010 were speeding tickets the 2009 was because of an accident.

Do I have to include accidents also or no?

Do you think that will give me a hard time when it comes to the officer making a decision about the file after the interview?

Thank you.

Yes you need to mention traffic tickets. It shouldn't be a major issue unless you were found with drugs or haven't paid the tickets or something.
