can't pay anything until you are issued the MNL Consular Casefile numbers at NVC.

Smells like your casefiles were adjudicated at a local office (usually the case if the USCIS receipt # starts with MSC)

The problem, alas, is that some local offices send off approved I-130's once a month.

You can chase this down at USCIS, talking to a Tier 2 Human, but it won't speed things along, alas.

The best thing you can do is get an emergency InfoPass appointment into the local USCIS office and do some screaming there.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

miajaz,

Like others have said here, make the appointment through the infopass to speak with your local USCIS Immigration Officer. My I-130 (for father) was approved on April 3th and until now I have not received the approval letter. Since the petition was approved, I waited a week to call the NVC. I called last week Friday and they confirmed that my file just arrived in the building. I should call back within few days for the case number and IIN (Invoice Identification Number). So, I will wait until Wednesday 4/17 to call back.

In your case, you need to check with your local USCIS office ASAP. It does not take 30 days for the file to be transfered to the NVC from USCIS after it approved.
