Just left four journey partners. everybody pray for them.

freinds i want ask about how many days have i wait to nvc answer me to say that my case is complete

i sent iv and aos package together in 3 july and i receive a checklist 01 aout since i didn't receive nothing from NVC is this normal ???????????

it's a long period ....................................................

2 months just to have a case complete decision wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

10/03/2011 : NOA1

05/24/2013 : NOA2

06/10/2013 : NVC received my case

06/17/2013 : case number received

06/19/2013 : IV & AOS fees paid

07/03/2013 : IV & AOS package sent

08/01/2013 : AOS checklist received missed informations

08/02/2013 : Response to checklist sent

09/09/2013 : Case complete

10/03/2013 : got an email about interview date

11/27/2013 : Interview date

What is your PD? Approximately 2yrs or more

oct 2012.. still long way to go ... thats why want to ask 2011 filers hihi ... if nxt year ,mine will be ok ...

Hi,I hope that you guys receive a good news about your case you have been waiting patiently.

Well i suggest that either you or your petition should be calling to NVC asking about your case.

it's been 4 weeks from the day you've sent your checklist ,you should hear form them very soon.

Basically if your case is complete NVC will send you an email ,but the complete case email arrive a week after your case is complete.Call then ASAP.

May Allah make it easy for all of us inchallah.

Good luck on your case complete.

06/17/2016-- N-400 received.

06/23/2016-- NOA received in mail.

07/12/2016-- biometrics

07/30/2013 - AOS packet sent via Express mail (I-485, I-131, I-765)

08/01/2013 (day 1) - Delivered to USCIS Chicago

08/06/2013 (day 6 ) - Received USCIS Acceptance Confirmation emails. Awaiting official receipt notice (Form I-797) in the mail.

08/08/2013 (day 8 ) - Checks cashed

08/10/2013 (day 10) - Received 3 NOA's by mail (I-485, I-131, I-765)

08/16/2013 (day 16 ) - NOA for Biometrics appointment. Date set for 08/28/2013

08/19/2013 (day 19) - Successful walk-in Biometrics

08/28/2013 (day 28) - Biometrics appointment (Original)

9/11/2013 (day 42) - I-485 status online changed to "testing & interview"

9/26/2013 (day 57) - EAD status online changed to "card production", I-131 approved.

9/30/2013 (day 61) - EAD/AP card production ordered

10/04/2013 (day 65) - EAD/AP card mailed

10/07/2013 (day 68) - EAD/AP card received. *USCIS spelling error on card so they will have to redo the card.

10/16/2013 (day 77) - EAD/AP card mailed back to USCIS due to USCIS spelling error on card.

11/23/2013 (day 115) - EAD/AP card received with correct name.

01/02/2014 (day 155) - I-485 status showing the interview date updated - Interview on Feb 4, 2014.

01/04/2014 (day 157 ) - Received NOA about the interview appointment on Feb 4, 2014

02/04/2014 (day 187) - Interview @ SLC

02/04/2014 (day 187) - I-485 Approved

02/13/2014 (day 197 ) - Green Card Received (10 Year GC)

That's great!meaning that you should hear form them next week.

Hopefully by Friday you guys will receive your case Complete.
