Hi everyone,I am starting this new topic here to keep track of those who recently received their NO2 notification and share information. Anyone received an NO2 from California so far? PD Sept 27.

Since Jun 18 I have not receive any answer from USCIS about a service request I made, just two letters confirming they received them (2 diferent cases). The next week, after 30 days I will set an infopass apointment to try to get any notice about my case.

The most realistic scenario is when many of the already approved cases will go to NVC, in few months they will set a new priority date for sure, to let the cases stream in the order of arrival but some of the new filers will get final interview and other simply will get into the called retorgression and they will have to wait until everybody before them get their interviews. the bad thing is some of the filliers like me will lost the oportunity to get our interviews at this time, by USCIS fault.

Citizenship at last.... last step in this journey?

I will do the same way. USCiS approved now the cases submited by August 2012 and late. I do not understand why we get lost our priority

Hoping for best to all of us in this journey. I am completely worried with my case :( have to submit affidavit of support with a joint sponsor , hope things will go on smoothly & visa issuance will be possible.

Of course you can do a infopass meeting as I am going to do but they need you have at least 45 days without heard anything from USCIS
