I'm waiting NOA2.PD: 28Sep11

My PD: OCT 05, 2011

NOA2: JUNE 20, 2013

However, I have a big problem and Im very confused about my F2A I 130 Case.

I NEED YOUR HELP GUYS. PLEASE... Im also F2A but not sure now because i turned 21 last nov 29, 2011

NOA1: October 5, 2011 (I think this is also my Priority date)

NOA2: June 20, 2013

It took 624 days from noa 1 before we received and approved the NOA2(Notice of Approval)

This is my case, and im hoping for replies.. It will atleast give me some light..

My mom who is a green card holder filed an I 130 for me before I turned 21, and was approved last JUNE 20, 2013.(my age on the approval date was 22 years and 7 months). When my mom filed the petition I was under F2A (Thats what I knw) and when the petition was Approved Im already 22 years old and 7 months. Will my category from F2A be automatically moved to F2B? OR Can CSPA or CHILD STATUS PROTECTION ACT PROTECT MY CASE? and I also used the CSPA CALCULATOR and the result was Im still protected and eligible by CSPA and I want to verify this, if it is true,..and Im hoping for it..

Please Guys I really need your help. I also check the VISA BULLETIN and my PD will be current next month JULY 2013. so what should I do now?

PLEASEEEEEEEE HELLLLLLLLLPPPP.....

If I understand this right, CSPA is applicable on your case. http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/CSPA_factsheet_050608.pdf Just my opinion.

To keep your chances alive, your mother must complete your case at last before you turn 21 for migration purposes. just left around 30 days before that happend. Your mom must file a I864, pay for your visa registration, etc at last.

However will be hard at the consulate for they to recognise your rigths. Then you must hurry or your petition category would be downgrade to F2B.

Hello guys, I just receive the second letter from USCIS, remember I'm asking for my wife an my stepson. Two cases, two different service request.

In the second letter they just tell me that they will put more effors to give me a decision but the haven't gave me any time frame, like to some members of this forum.

Two service request, same PD, diferent answer with just 2 days of difference. I'll wait some days more hopping they have time to work in my case. After that I'll call them again and after that I will set a infopass metting if were necessary, but I really hope in this days we will get a response.
