When i put my husband receipt number in, i always do random check with other receipt numbers close to his and people with pd oct 25, 2011 got approved last week and yesterday so definately oct 2011 filers will be approved this month.

hey guys got another email, it says that the case got transferred to my local office and that office will send me a decision once processing is complete...ii dont get this...

why would it be transferred to a local office, aghh im dying here

It becuse you gained your resident permanet card from your previous martiage and you have to prove it that was real marriage.. Thats what im thinking.

Just receive a text message that my case is approved. PD: October 31, 2011.

What i did is, wrote a letter to my congressman a week ago for assistance about my case. (Help on checking the status), yesterday, congressman replied that i need to wait for 45 days as per USCIS. but this morning i have a status update about my case. POST Decision Activity: "Approved"
