Hello OP,

I'm happy that your case is now progressing. Just continue on doing what is right....pray hard to God. Now you see how God works so fast and quick, no one can stop God so keep on trusting on Him. Based on your story, it seems that you have a lot of circumstancial evidences, probably that is why the court / lawyers have listened and helped you. Just be truthful and humble in all your ways. God knows everything. He knows the desires of your heart. God bless.

absolutely, that's what I was trying to explain to OP. She has to focus on the story of their marriage from day -1. In her personal statement (and so in other people's affidavits about them), there should be more of everything positive about her husband than the tragic abuse she's suffered in the end. For abuse proofs: protective order, psychiatric and shelter is enough. But proving hers and her husbands intentions from day -1, and the love they shared, and the living they shared for years is the real task here. From what she has mentioned at first: she did have access to outside world - but was focused on getting GC more than on her marriage. Not clear if she ever studied or worked in the US, but she sure hasn't shared her husband's stated desire to have children. There might have been reasons, and she should explain. Her husband wasn't an evil who kidnapped her. Her husband had the best intentions of having a real family, and that's why he sponsored her immigration. She has to explain what has not worked out, and how his attitude toward her changed

no while i writing it i say that sorry because i dont really know how to talk english or not really good at english but i try. my husband been saying before when i was still in my country his been saying that he wants to marry me and that he wants to have family with me so i agree that he could bring me here and have a family that near to his business because he says that he couldnt stay to my country because of his family and business so he saying that if i truely love him then make a way to be together so we work together to process my papers to come over here and got married to him because thats what believe is that me and my husband gonna have own family and living as happy family but when i got here with him he change so much specially his attitude his personality and the way he treated me is not the same as what i saw and feel when we been together in my country. so he dont really want to have kids and he is being so selfish like i couldnt even say no or im not agree of what he did nothing i just couldnt say anything because he dont want to listen and he always scares me with his looks and how he talk to me everything is new. like i never been with him for a year before got married to him here in usa

sorry it's hard to re-read your writings, and some posts were purged. Didn't you mention somewhere your husband wanted to have children?

YOU SEEM TO BE ATTACKING HER WITH YOUR CONSTANT INQUIRY..LEAVE HER ALONE!!!! I DONT LIKE IT

Anajnic, unfortunately OP got bad advice before interview - and she is striving to climb out of the hole with uscis. are YOU helping her out, or are you sure that the same friends who let her down once before, understand the USCIS procedure, or did you get her an attorney? Why attack me all of a sudden, did you see the preceding 5 pages where I was the only one who kept her topic alive?

It takes heart to apologize, so you are good in my book!

Now, back to OP: the only thing I'm trying to drive home to her is that she has enough to prove abuse (locally) and that she must focus on proving true marriage (to USCIS). Because of this, she should lighten up on portraying her husband evil all the way. To the contrary: she should focus on the love they shared, until it changed. So the questions I ask her lead to accumulate earlier positive points she wasn't thinking about
