We need 150 signatures to make is public and 100,000 in 30 days to make it drive change.

This is what it says:

we petition the obama administration to:

expedite the processing of I129F petitions to meet current government processing goals of 5 months

This petition is in response to the purposeful stoppage and slowdown of I129F petitions. This willful stoppage is most apparent at the California Service Center of the USCIS where no fiance petitions have been processed for a period of over 4 months and those few that have been processed have been expedited and represent a violation of current federal law based on timely filing order.

This petition directs the Obama administration and all members of Congress and the US Senate to quickly address and correct this situation.

Remedy to this petition is to reinstitute the goal, and to met the goal of 5 months processing time on all I129F petitions.
