I never petionted for the babys father . I gave birth in Algeria and did the report of a birth a abroad for my son thats all . My husband is egyptian and I never lived there either . We both live here . I filed immigration for my husband only . Never for the baby's father . Never did any government forms for the baby's father . My husband is the stepfather .

I do not see any problems with it.

I think they might question it

if you met this guy right after and married right after ending relationsip

that will be a red flag

But you can overcome that red flag easily with proof of truly being together and have bank accounts and all that stuff together

You will be fine.

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

yeah but would they have my information from the other embassy during the interview ? Everything is fine and the only red flag i guess is we knew eachother for a year before marriage and been married 7 months and now 5 months pregnant again .

we have everything in our names and all our stuff is correct .

even if its from algeria ?

i mean the embassy in algeria for the report of a birth abroad that i did ? they will have that info even though i wasnt required to give it to immigration services for my husbands immigration ? i didnt know that .. thats what ive been trying to figure out

Yes, as you have been told by several people several times now. They will have all info you every gave US immigration anywhere. They will also conduct their own background checks. They will know. I am not sure why you find this so difficult to believe? Unless the child was conceived during your courtship/ marriage to the other man, there is no problem.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I'm just going to answer this from my perspective (maybe I'm way wrong & I apologize if I offend anyone).

My guess is that she didn't tell her current husband any specific details about her past relationship with the baby's father and doesn't want or hope it won't be brought up at her husband's interview?

But I would say just to be honest at the present and tell the truth about your past and the future will be just fine. Best wishes and good luck.
