I was not legally married but I was in another country in 2011 got pregnant and gave birth there and had the father sign the birth certificate . I married in 2012 and did all the immigration filings . We have an interview with the uscis , my question is will they question me about my past relationship and have the embassy papers I submitted for my son's birth and have it at the interview or anything ?

You are the USC? Your son is a USC? The father of your son is not the one you have petitioned? They may question your current relationship because of the rather short time frame between having a baby and establishing a new relationship and getting married.

Maybe someone else knows the answer to that, but if your child is a USC, not sure why they would question about that. However, you probably should have proof with you he is a USC. You are currently in Egypt?

Your son is not immigrating, just your spouse.

I really don't have any idea about that. Just be prepared from your end. As long as you have all the proofs of your relationship, bills in both names, insurance, etcetera and when they ask you questions, you can answer all that they ask, I wouldn't worry.

Who are you filing for if all three of you live in the USA and are USC? Maybe I missunderstand what you are trying to do.

But yes, they will have access to any paperwork you filed before and they may ask you about the father of the child. It should not be a major issue as long as you can show a bonafide relationship to the current husband you are trying to petition for.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Almost always. They can always get it, should they have any questions or feel something is odd.

Ok I am confused. Are you a native english speaker?

You lived in Algeria?

You had a baby by an ALgeria?

You petitioned for the babys father as a K1 fiance visa?

You left him cause he was abusive

And you ended up in Egypt?

Married an Egyptian

Now filed CR1 visa for egyptian spouse

When did you meet the Algerian?

How old is your baby?

When did you leave the Algerian?

When did you meet the Egyptian?

If all that is correct then my answer is

YES they know everything

They compare what you said on one form with another form

If you lied at any time

they will find out

Never lie on government forms.
