jpatel1218,

As for the DS-3032 (Choice of Agent), it's always in the best interest for the petitioner to choose himself/herself as Agent. This will allow the petitioner to receive all the correspondences from the NVC and respond to the inquiries right away. If the NVC sends the correspondences to the beneficiary (who is out of the USA), the process can take longer. That's why it's always be good for the petitioner to be also the agent for the beneficiary. However, the Beneficiary does still have to sign the DS-3032. You can pay the AOS fee right now even before sending the choice of agent. I hope this help.

The beneficiary can EMAIL the DS-3032 to NVC. Many of us have successfully done so. NVC accepts DS-3032 email. This is the link for VJ's DS-3032 template: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

That's correct! However, it depends if the beneficiary can get access to the internet and knows how to use the internet. In my case, my mother (65 yrs old) does not know how to use the internet. She signed the DS-3032 form and my young brother emailed me. It was accepted.
