. . .Went to the Information Center at the Los Algodones, MX border crossing and asked if Fiancee & I could enter Baja, MX for the day; was told yes! ( Got names of people ) . . .Sooooo, went to get some new glasses & souvenirs & came back into the USA & whoops , was told we should not have done that!!! Told them I ASKED for permission first & was given an OK; CBP said don't do that again & did some magical paperwork that said they gave us wrong information, their error, Welcome Back to the USA!!!! Sweet trip!!! FYI only

Yep; & they apologized for giving us incorrect information ON PAPER!!!!!. . .They were real good about the episode - no complaints from us!!!!!

You got lucky they let your fiancee back into the country. She will have a record of this event in her files.
