My husband filed that too. the applicant has to sign but it didnt take long before i got approval on that form, choice of agent yes?

i emailed to him and he signed and email back to me to send into NVC.

go ahead , pay your fees and send in what they ask. you will get confirmation when they have processed the ds3032.

good luck

It can take up to 2 weeks for the ds-3032 to be accepted. You'll know when it has because the IV invoice will be available for payment. If it hasn't shown up in 2 weeks email it again with a supervisor review line in the subject. The exact wording should be available in the April 2013 NVC filers thread.

You need the case number to send the ds-3032. Acceptance of it is what makes the IV invoice available on the payment portal.

There is no need to do anything with the physical ds-3032 unless the beneficiary is in China. There is an email template that makes it easier on most people.

Attempts to mail or email DS-3032 before it's been generated are useless. It's like trying to pay a water bill for a house that hasn't been built yet.

This comment off of Ling Che shortcut so I am a bit confused on it being generated??

The lingChe shortcut is designed for China which is a voluntary EP country and also has some different things you should follow.

Aka for China I have read you should fill out the ds-3032, scan and attach it as an email at a certain time. Look up member Darnell if you need help with it. He has a wiki about electronic processing. If your country does not do EP then don't attempt to do it. I'm on my tablet and can't tell ATM, sorry.

Also remember there are two different tracks at the NVC. The IV track and the AOS track. The ds-3032 is part of the IV track. It should be emailed from the beneficiary NOT the petitioner so if it is printed off and signed, it MUST be signed by the beneficiary. These two tracks operate independently of each other but both are required for a case complete and interview date.

NikiR thank you so much for the reply, yes she emailed the ds-3032 (she being my wife the beneficiary from the Philippines) she emailed last night using the email template off the guides. I did not get a email confirmation of the case number and invoice number but recieved them by calling nvc and getting them from the operator.
