I will be going for my interview on May 14th in London, and am hopeful that my visa will be approved that day. Then it will be time to work my notice, hopefully complete on my house sale and tie up loose ends, All of that can take some time though and I am desperate to see my husband again. So, I am just checking that once I have been through PoE, I am free to travel as I wish?? I was thinking of visiting for two weeks just after I get the visa, then coming back to the UK to sort everything out. Has anyone else done this?

Thank you for any help, any sharing of experiences.

Yes, you can travel with the I-551 stamp in your passport or greencard when it arrives. We'll be leaving the country about 2 weeks after getting there. ;)

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Thank you, I have just looked and can travel relatively cheaply for just under two weeks at the end of May, that will give me the boost I need to cope with everything that needs doing here.
