Confused about processing times

Filed I-30 & i-485 & I-765 concurrently last month.

Was just wondering do I look on the USCiS site for processing times for my local office or is it all processed by NBC (receipt numbers start with MSC)

I'm just wondering because my local office last processed case was Sept 2011. Kinda hoped it wouldn't take that long!

Good day. I saw on their website that its up to 90 days for processing;however it could take a lil bit longer. As for trying to track your case, that's not going to happen. I am with Nbc as well. The few of us who have cases there, are going having the same issues. Good luck on you journey! !

Well I can track my receipt numbers , I was just wondering about processing times & weather NBC processes it or my local field office.

The NBC handles the initial processing for your I-130 and I-485 before handing them off to your local office for the interview and final adjudication.

If you file an I-131 and / or an I-765, those remain with the NBC and are required to be adjudicated within 90 days.
