Changing Interview city

We just got married, my new wife has been here for 6 weeks on a VWP.(she didn't enter US with intent to marry)We are getting ready to send in our I-130 and AoS package, but we are still not exactly sure which city we will be living in 2-3 months time, we are trying to decide between 2 cities in US.

So we are wondering, assuming our paperwork gets accepted OK,what is the normal timeline for an interview date?

Is there also a biometrics interview required?

Is it possible to choose our interview city on the forms we are sending in and then change it later if we decide to move? Would we have time to change our interview city after we send in our package, or would this be a no-no?

You don;t get to choose your interview city. They choose it for you based on where you live. When and if you move, you will call them and lodge a change-of-address and they will update their records accordingly.

Yes you will have a biometrics appointment. It's not an interview, just fingerprints and photos. Good luck.

What is the usual waiting period for an interview, assuming there are no problems with our paperwork/package?

Typically 3 - 4 months these days, assuming no RFEs and a straightforward case.
