For my husband and I it has been a year already since we filed but last week we finally got our case number through the NVC and paid our fees (they received the approved from USCIS rather quick but it took them forever to give us a case number-close to 6 weeks). Now I'm looking into the AOS documents to sign and send and hopefully we can get this I-130 going! I feel for you LoveMyTico because I can see your process has been taking a long time!

Hang in there! We're all in this together.

I am over at the NVC and my process over there is flying. I am waiting for Case complete and I have only been there 14 days

It was been 11 months and 9 days since I filed and still no approval ... I'm not gonna bother checking my case now. This is unbelivably unfair! It's almost a year now and I still haven't gotten an approval... :'( I can't believe this :'(

I know exactly how you feel. I waited 11 months and 6 days. This process sucks !! I am so sorry you are still waiting. And I know nothing anyone can say can make you feel better. It is a completely unfair process

the last 2 weeks before I was approved, I sent the same letter to the same list of people EVERYDAY !!! I think they were tired of hearing from me. Contact your Senator and INSIST that they get detailed information on your case. Submit a complaint to the Ombudsman. Send the ketter twice a day if you have to !!

I know how you feel. I was there just a little while ago

GOOD LUCK

send a letter EVERYDAY to the same people to get their attention. I know how you feel. Its like a slap in the face when you see January 2014 filers getting approved. The day I was approved ( march 18) the USCIS posted processing times at 5 months. It was a slap in the face for sure.

Its definitely not fair !! This process sucks !!

good morning everyone, back home after spending a week with my wife, now waiting to go forward with the process, but first I want to tell everyone still waiting for NOA2, that it will happen, yes sometimes takes too long but it does happen, just keep the faith, be strong in your relationships and support each other, it's not an easy task, but this is your best prove that your love is real, still I will be checking up on your new updates and hope for everyone to be out of this forum,

Now , can someone tell me what's the forum where they talk about NVC process, so I can keep up with all of you.

thanks,

LGCG
