I have had no texts or emails since my notice of approval. When I spoke to the teir 2 today, i got the same BS about how they box files together then ship them. My I-129f also shows that it has not been shipped. He did put in service requests, but we all know how worthless they are. Part of our fees need to cover priority mail shipping once files are approved. Its just another punch in the gut from USCIS.

I'm disgusted !! It worries me because I have heard that TSC takes forever to ship them out. Can I suggest sending an email to a few higher-ups? Explain that it has been 26 days and you can't get a real answer as to WHERE THE "F" YOUR FILE IS.. and why the "F" hasn't it been shipped. There is no excuse for this. Its 2014... they cashed your check.... SHIP THE FRIGGIN FILE !!

This one got results for me. After he read my email, I was approved that night

Thank you. I'm going to let my husband send an email to the ppl you listed. I don't know what to think about this process anymore....

I hope you hear something.

I am still pissed off about how long it took to get my approval. When I see September filers in the NVC thread it makes me not want to even read that thread.

I hear so many reports about TSC being so slow to send the approved files to the NVC... Its so depressing. They need a total immigration overhaul. This process is such a mess. So many stupid steps. They could streamine the entire process, save money and unite families much faster. They should ask the people who actually went through the process for some insight.

I'm sending positive vibes to this APRIL THREAD. :star:

Hi everyone!

Just wanna let u guys who still waiting case num from NVC,

Our case shipped from USCIS to NVC on March 10.

Hubby told me, he got case number from NVC.

The letter says, first step is pay AOS.

We were told by lawyer wait 5 to 8 weeks to get letter.

They just took 11days for give us case number.

Our case was in TSC!

Thanks for the info. You made me happy !

Yesterday when I called NVC the lady told me to wait 8 weeks. ( yea right..... me... wait? no way)

My case shipped on March 21st. I'll call everyday but I don't expect anything til next week. And actually, I don't care much for the I-130. I have my heart set on the K3. They can take all the time in the world to log in the I-130. All they have to do is send my K3 to Costa Rica so they can start processing it.

Some people who were approved at TSC still haven't had their case shipped to NVC yet.. I wonder what the hell is up with that

LoveMyTico, how crazy is it that you were approved AFTER me, but your files shipped BEFORE me...it shows that USCIS has their heads shoved way up their a$$es! They told my congressman's rep that BS about having to wait untill they have full boxes before they ship it...but that I should get shipped end of this week or next week. Whatever. I hope Karma gets them all!
