omg ,those officiers,

my wife just called the uscis , then they told her we have to wait the response of the benefit national center, thats so funny and at the same time it hurts us ,

im really confused and dont know what should i do

Write a letter and email it regularly. The one that got most attention for me was when I emailed the letter at 8am then again at noon. I sent it with a read receipt request so I knew they read it. When I copied Donald Neufeld ..that is when people started noticing . Send the same letter to the same people.

It is horrific how they make us beg and then the same service centers are processing files from September. its hard to be in the NVC thread because there are people getting case completes who filed in June. Sorry, but I'm not over being pissed off that my file took so long to approve.

And now that I think about it... I sent the letter to Rendell.jones@dhs.gov the morning I was approved and he read it early i the morning right after I sent it. I sent the letter but forwarded the response I got from SCOPSSCATA saying they were researching my case and would get back to me... I asked how long does it really take to look in to my case? It is ridiculous that I have to wait 11 months..blah blah blah That night i was approved. So who ever he is, it seemed to help.

LoveMyTico, called NVC just now and got my case no. IIN, and ID no. Just letting it sit until we see how 129 goes. It won't be on their system for 1 or 2 weeks yet anyway. By that time i'll have had my medical and maybe some idea of how long I'll have to wait for an interview. x

So basically when USCIS send that email that means they are sending us to Visa center and from that date...we should receive new case number from NVC??? and if we dont then we should contact them?

Gosh new BS basically starting...r NVC people nicer than USCIS?? i cant stand that department

NVC will tell you they have 30 "working days" to input your case to get you a case number. Mine took almost the entire 30 days to get input. I called every Monday and Friday to see if it was input until i finally got a case number. Now I'm waiting for my first AOS payment to process. Hopefully by tomorrow that will be done and I'll be on to the next step.

I'm the pushy type. I won't wait for them to send me a letter, I'll be calling. Hopefully the backlog will delay my I-130 so my K3 can fly to Costa Rica and get processed

I was approved Tues the 18th. I'm going to start calling Monday. But yesterday I did send an email to the NVC asking if my case was transferred since I received an email from TSC saying my case was no longer at their facility, that it was at the NVC and I need to contact them.

I got the case number for I-129F next day after they received it.

I calle dthis morning (as I do everymorning) and they told me the I-129F will be sent to the embassy next week.

I'm only waiting for it to be shipped to fill out the DS-160.

I'm not sure if it is the case for all embassies, but I was directed to this website for I-129F fee payment and interview scheduling.

I think it applies for all, you can get ahead but creating a profile and checking out the rest of the info (there is a new user link). All you need is the passport number of the beneficiary to register)

Ok I m gonna mail them today then. And one more thing how did u do a 'show read request'? I mean how can u get the notification if the person read it? I would be using gmail.

I use outlook and Verizon. I only use gmail for rmy phone.. Check the settings.. I don't know if Gmail has that setting.

it comes in handy because I am impatient. At least that feature lets me know that there is life over there.
