I'll be in Costa Rica next Saturday for a week. Staying in Escazu the last night to be close to the airport.

Thanks for checking on me... I think the approval would have come through already if it were coming today . or do they send approvals all day long? I have no clue.

I'll be in Costa Rica next Saturday for a week. Staying in Escazu the last night to be close to the airport.

I got my approval in the afternoon- 3pm or so.

Interview- no way! Still waiting on case number in NVC. It can be 6 freaking weeks once you get to NVC to just get the case number! Of course there's now a lovely backlog in NVC because of the backlog in USCIS, and because of tons of snow days and closures, blah blah. I'm hoping next week we'll have the case number, and then of course MORE WAITING until I can pay/send in AOS etc etc.

This whole thing is just waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting...

I'm really hoping to be able to move back to the USA in July. But even that is not looking like it'll work anymore. *sigh*

Enjoy your trip to CR!!! The weather has been SO HOT lately, but I'm sure up on the mountain where your esposo lives is much more tolerable. :)

I got my approval at about 9pm eastern , so I assume all day long.

12/2: Case Transferred to CSC

12/17/2013: NOA-2!!!! (8 Months, 2 days)

NVC:

12/27/2013: Case received by NVC

1/23/2014: NVC Case #, BIN, & IIN received.

1/31/2014: DS-261 Available & filled out.

2/4/2014: AOS Invoice available & paid

2/7/2014: I-864(AOS) completed & sent

I was transfers to taxes center in November 2013

And on 2 / 2 / 2014 i got request for evidence

Um seek from waiting all this time what can i do

Any one have any idea for my case to do any thing plzzzz

I guess we all knew NVC will become a bottle neck at some point!

Thank God after NVC the petitions go to hundreds of consulates/embassies for interview and visa issuance.

Imagine if there were only a handful of consulates/embassies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
