That has been posted for a while... I already sent letters and emails and made a complaint with the Ombudsman's office. Apparently that date means squat. Was told it doesn't matter. That is a general date. I argued with many about how I am way out of the normal processing times. They don't care

I'm sitting at the airport right now.. I waited on immigration and now 3 hour flight delay. Wait wait wait. Nothing ever happens on time for me

So I made my weekly Friday call to tier 2. Just the same bunch of ####### over and over. I was told 2 weeks ago that the extra security checks were resolved and my files are both with an officer so today I was put on hold for 25 minutes after I explained ALL the conflicting information I have received..

She comes back after 25 minutes with:

1. your files are both at TSC.

2. Just this morning at 7:43am, the background checks were released on the K-3.

3. both files are with an officer for review

4. Please wait 60 days for a decision

5. These cases take this long to process.

but she did say that maybe the reason I keep getting conflicting info is because each officer interprets things defferently and can only see so much info. ( so I just imagine they make up ####### that sounds good so the person calling gets off the line)

It is just ridiculous how they keep giving a 60 day waiting period after they do one little thing on your case. Even if it is a service request....

Oh, and the service request they supposidly sent out to me on the 5th says the opposite of what the liason at TSC tells the senator's office. She read the service request to me and it was all a bunch of garbage.

I really thought today would be my day and I could finally relax over the weekend. I wanted to have something good to tell my husband today ! We both need this approval ASAP
