UPDATE...

so I call the Senator's office because I haven't heard from her all day after I saw that this morning she read my email from yesterday... Come to find out, she did send another inquiry to TSC and they replied saying they have no record of any service request being sent out to me. ( How nice ) Well,,, I forwarded the email to her again to prove that I really did get that ####### response from them. Now I have to wait until Monday to hear something AGAIN..

Another big snow storm is headed our way Sunday into all day Monday. The news is reporting another 6-12 inches... I bet the Senators office is closed due to the weather... I just have that kind of luck.

Good thing is that my co-worker is in Texas and they were having 80 degree weather today... No excuse for TSC to be slacking

2013: July 20: I-130 sent (Chicago lockbox)

July 24: I-130 NOA1

July 24: I-129F sent (Dallas Lockbox)

Aug 2: I-129F NOA1

Aug 12: Alien Registration Number was changed, I-129F.

2014: Jan 28/29/30: - 3 transfer notices for I-130 and I-129F.

Feb 3 - Hard copy arrived -Notice of transfer to Texas stating Jan 29th.

Feb 10 - NOA2

Feb 27 - email stating I-130 being sent to NVC from TSC.

March 6 -NVC received our case.

April 7 - CASE NUMBER yay! IIN and BIN obtained and email given.

April 9 - DS261 available and filled in online.

April 9 - AOS not yet payable but visible.

April 10 - email regarding NVC case number and access to DS261 received/ email regarding AOS received and paid.

April 11 - AOS sent by snail mail.

April 14 - AOS arrived per mail tracking.

April 15 - IV bill received via email, IV bill paid/ in process, IV package sent.

April 18 - IV bill showing paid/ DS-260 available and done!

- AOS scanned into their system.

Another day - no news of WHAT IN THE WORLD TSC is doing.. Well all we can do is pray... saw my husband last march.. Almost a year. missed his birthday . He missed mine & we will miss our anniversary too.. sadly no news .. -sigh-

Everyone pray for us please :( uscis is torturing us :( this is tortute. Being away from my husband for soo long :(

Have already filled out and submitted the ds160. Yes, the NVC seem to be taking longer to process applications, we're still waiting on our case number. So I'll definitely be doing everything I can to go the K3 route! Hoping and praying you hear good news SOON. X

That's great! Congrats! The sooner you send it the sooner the process can keep going. We were on the same boat. It took them 9 months to send us the RFE and it took us one month to put it together. I sent it for next day delivery and after two days we were approved!!! I hope someone at the NBC saw that and realized how urgent this whole thing is. We were so happy but now we wait for the NVC to send us our case number.
