What was his rationale trying to talk you out of it?

because they sent 2 responses on Feb 8th for my January 31st service requests. He said the response would be the same, I told him I am now officially out of normal processing times. I want a new one

Tier 2 also tried to talk me out of having him put in a SR for my I-129F, he mentioned that SRs actually get assigned to officers and that they have to get the file and take a look at it which means that they actually "hold it" from "regular processing". I told him my case is delayed anyway, might as well put in a SR.

Basically a tacit admission that they're not playing by their own rules, that processing dates mean squat to them since they've dug themselves into such a deep hole. Ugh. Fingers crossed for you as ever, I hope it gets done this time!

I was approved on 7 February 2014, while i was visiting my wife. we got the news together dancin5hr.gif . I move on to NVC thank God. I really hope I can see all of April fillers there very soon, Specially LoveMyTico!!! This has been a very long time, I had hope to be with my wife by now in the US.

I'll you all in my thoughts and prayers so that this wait is over and move on to NVC and shortly be united with our love ones

so my wife finally found the peice of the sheet of the notice, so ya the notice said that our case had been transferred to texas service center on November 18.2013

then as u know our case was transfrred to the uscis local field office on January 23.2014

i so dont understand why they did the transfer to the local field office ,!!!

You really need to call and find out what happened. The Norm is to go from NBC to TSC, NSC or CSC. They were sending 3 weird transfer notices and one said to local office but it was a glitch. I would bet your file is still in Texas. Put an e-request in with typographical error. Ask where your file is. That is really the only way to find out for sure.

Following the April thread actively even though I have not posted much...... Praying for all April filers still waiting especially Love my tico and zamsha.....

Love my tico, I sincerely wish that you get a meaningful reply to your new service request at least this time, since you are now officially beyond the TSC posted processing times.....

Zamsha, since you have not received a response yet from your congressman, please try calling them..... I have a strong feeling that your case has been jumped or by passed for some unknown reason..... If you don't get approved by this week, I feel you should email the service center head quarters stating that you are hitting the 90 day mark since transfer.....

Any news about DV man??? Hoping to see a lot more April approvals today atleast!!!
