SNOWING AGAIN sad.png

YEP, its snowing like crazy in Philly. My job was called us last night to notify us of the closing. Thank God because I drive almost an hour to work.

Today is my husbands birthday. I'm so sad I can't be there. Or that he can't be here... GRR

I hope my approval comes soon because this is so depressing. The NVC is a long process too but at least there would be movement on my case.

Was looking in to flying to CR the first week of March for our anniversary but DANG.. the tickets are so expensive. And it wouldn't be so bad except I don't have any vacation time left . I would really be taking a hit with a week of NO PAY.

A very sincere thanks to every single VJ member, who wished, supported & guided me through this most difficult stage of my life.... Without this wonderful VJ family, I surely wouldn't have made it this far!!!

My heart goes out to all those who are still waiting for their approval and my prayers will always be there for you..... Love my tico and zamsha, I know how difficult and painful it is.... Please hang in there, you are just an inch away from your approval after making it this far......

Looking forward to more and more people joining me in the NVC thread soon.....

I'm so happy you are moving forward. CONGRATS AGAIN !!!

It would be great to get an approval today... But we all know how this works...... Hurry up and pay your fee so you can wait a ridiculous amount of time.

I was transferred Nov 15 to NSC. According to NSC, they received my transferred file on Nov 27. I am still waiting, unfortunately. The messages below show a series of conversation that I initiated with respect to my case status.

My online status has shown alien registration number changed twice: on Nov 27, 2013 and now Jan 16, 2014. Still no approval.

I am beginning to think that someone at USCIS is deliberately holding my file hostage for no just reason. If indeed this is true, then I only feel sorry for that person. There is absolutely no reason why I should be waiting while July are already getting approved.

From NSC email below, it takes 60 - 90 days for processing from the receipt date. What I don't understand is NSC is telling me to contact them if I have not heard anything within 60 days. Why another 60 days when my petition would have been with them 90 days in 14 days.
